About Us
The Center for Regenerative Medicine is a progressive medical facility that combines the medical specialties of a husband-and-wife physician team. Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, it was created by Dr. Jeff Farricielli M.D. ABPMR and Ella Farricielli M.D. ABIM. This dynamic husband and wife team brings different skill sets that incorporate regenerative and rejuvenation technologies into their treatment plans helping patients to feel better, look better, and perform better!
Dr. Ella Farricielli is board-certified in Internal Medicine and a fellow of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She specializes in facial esthetics which improves your skin's condition and transforms your appearance to a more youthful one.Dr. Ella uses neurotoxin treatments to reduce wrinkles and smooth skin using (Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, and Xeomin) as well as fillers for the face and lips to restore youthful fullness to your face, thread lifts procedures for chin and jawline and micro-needling for facial rejuvenation and alopecia. She is a plant-based physician. As a longtime member of The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, Dr. Ella can help you take control of your health with a plant-based diet.
Dr. Jeff is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician specializing in pain management. He has treated thousands of patients with musculoskeletal issues ranging from arthritis to degenerated discs to sports injuries. He uses non-operative therapeutics, including conservative pain medication management and procedures directed towards spinal joints, nerves, and muscle pain.
Dr. Jeff has a subspecialty in Interventional Orthopedics and uses cutting-edge technologies not typically offered in traditional pain management clinics. He may recommend Orthobiologics procedures that concentrate the patient's own reparative cells from fat through mini liposuction, bone marrow via bone aspirate, or blood via small blood draw, concentrating the reparative cells of the
