This complex offers desirable amenities such as a seasonally opened pool and spa, elevators, a cinema room, a fitness room, a laundry room on each floor, and shared common areas for social activities. Inside each apartment, residents will find air conditioning, a dishwasher, an electric stove, a refrigerator, a garbage disposal, and access to a patio or balcony through a sliding glass door in the living room.
