We are a wellness center that honors your embodied wisdom. By deeply listening to what is present in your body, we aid in the unwinding of stress, tension, and pain. We believe wellness is both preventative, holistic healthcare and a sacred act of reverence that pays homage to body and spirit.

Integrating massage therapy, bodywork, herbal medicine, and herbal tea culture in a beautiful, light-filled studio in the heart of SE Portland allows us to support you holistically through all seasons of life.
