Buddy week is off to a great start!!
The kids are having so much fun taking karate class with their friends! There is still time to bring your buddy to class!!

The word of the month is Ethics and Morals! We're learning more about it each Monday in Leadership class!

The students were so proud of the work they did on their hearts for mom! Mr. Hauer made all the origami hearts, and the kids wrote a message for mom!

It's weapons week! The students have been enjoying sampling our Master's class, Weapons by learning how to use the bo staff!

Last week, we had free art, write down 3 things you're good at, draw something you enjoy doing, draw your best dragon, and more!
This week is Weapons week! During each class this week, we will learn a bit about the history of different Weapons, and learn how to use them!

In the dojo, every drop of sweat and every disciplined move is a step towards mastering not just martial arts, but oneself. Each punch and kick strengthens both body and mind, teaching us resilience and focus.

Karate isn’t just a sport; it’s a way of life. In the dojo, we learn to harness our inner strength, face our fears head-on, and build an unbreakable spirit. The lessons we take from our training extend far beyond the mats, influencing how we tackle challenges and embrace opportunities in our everyday lives.

Dojo Karate Eden Prairie teaches westernized Korean Tae Kwon Do, or American Karate. Located in Eden Prairie MN, we make it convenient for families around the Twin Cities to practice Karate together. Our focus is on the success of each of our students, from preschoolers to adults with classes uniquely designed to meet needs & abilities of each student, ensuring their success through exercise, self-discipline, mutual respect & positive reinforcement. We instill the philosophy that Karate can be practiced for exercise & self-defense, but also assists those that may be experiencing bullying, attention disorders, fatigue syndromes or low self-esteem by teaching them how to handle each situation in a non-violent, concentrated manner.
